I couldn’t decide which image was my favorite from the ones here of Liam looking at the book.

I really love when kiddos don’t look at camera all the time, and you can really see his pretty eyelashes! The way he is sitting on his knees is adorable.

I can thank my daughter Shelby for these two photos, he was totally flirting with her:)

This lil’ man is something else, he reminds me of my son Charleton when he was younger. Liam loves his ball! It had to be in his hand most of the session, and he was smart enough that when we tried to trick him into taking something else in his hand, he would still keep the ball. HA! I am sure he gets it from his basketball lovin’ daddy.

His mommy is Charleton’s 5th grade teacher at Smith Elem., and we LOVE her. Liam is sooo lucky to have a smart, loving, and patient mama.

I  love being able to watch these kiddos grow! Here is an image from my first session with Liam:)

I love these backdrops. I love personally stylizing photos. I love Madi.

I am proud to say I helped photograph her modeling portfolio, and even more proud of Madeleine for being in Seventeen magazine. You will continue to rock the camera girl!!

Penny. she is so tiny. so sweet. and OH those eyes. you should see how crazy in love that her mommy and daddy are with her.

her side profile is just doll- like. I love it.

the images of Penny holding her favorite toy, just remind me how time flies.

little hands are so sweet.  I remember how I used to stare and play with the hands of my own kids. I miss that.

I sure hope I can photograph this sweet face again.

{heather & tyler~engaged}

Heather & Tyler will marry in 17 days! Wow. Time is flying.

We met up on New Years Eve for their engagement session on a chilly gray day.  In planning the photos we knew it was a huge possibility that the weather would not be great for all outdoor photos, so I mentioned Zaharakos and the library.  Heather said those locations were perfect for them, they love ice cream and they both read all the time. YAY!  Neither of them minded ice cream at 10am:)The photo in the library where they are reading Lady in the tramp is so fun especially since their 4 legged friend is a cocker spaniel. These two are so fun together and Heather is totally into the bride thing. I absolutely love how her nose wrinkles up when she smiles and laughs.

See you guys in 17 days! XO

Meet the lovely Cheri Goll, isn’t she beautiful?? She was nervous about getting her photos taken, and a little worried she wouldn’t like photos of herself (I can feel her there, I always hate photos of myself). Cheri is so sweet and pleasant and I wanted to try and make her personality shine (as much as you can in a business portrait), I think it does! And she loved the photos!!  Her website is currently being designed, but you can link in with Cheri by clicking her name.  Best of luck Cheri, and I am excited to get your outdoor session scheduled too.
